Somerset had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Amery on Thursday. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. The contest marked the Spartans' most dominant victory of the season.

Somerset is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Amery, they are on a 30-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-14.
