Upper Sandusky is 8-2 against Mohawk since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will venture away from home to face off against the Warriors at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Upper Sandusky comes in on three and Mohawk on seven.
On Monday, Upper Sandusky made easy work of Colonel Crawford and carried off an 11-2 win. Considering the Rams have won four matchups by more than eight runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Brody Cox made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Cox was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two runs. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Justin Heilman, who got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Heilman, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Upper Sandusky was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in nine consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Mohawk's hitters rose to the challenge against a Bucks pitching crew that boasted an average of only four runs allowed last Monday. The Warriors put the hurt on Buckeye Central with a sharp 10-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won eight contests by seven runs or more so far this season.
Upper Sandusky's record now sits at 9-2. As for Mohawk, their record is now 12-2.
Everything went Upper Sandusky's way against Mohawk when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Upper Sandusky made off with a 12-0 win. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
