Kloie Iboy spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and two unearned) runs on nine hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Isis Jones, who went 2-for-4 with one home run. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Corina Alvillar was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two runs and one double.
North's win bumped their record up to 21-9. As for San Juan Hills, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 21-7-2.
