The Falcon Christian Academy Warriors put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Calvary Baptist Church, posting a 75-33 win on the road. Falcon Christian Academy has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 41 points or more this season.
Jordan McMillian was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with four steals. McMillian is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Meech McDaniel, who scored ten points along with eight assists and four steals.
Falcon Christian Academy's win was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for Calvary Baptist Church, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Falcon Christian Academy will take on Father Capodanno at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Father Capodanno will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 664th, while Falcon Christian Academy is ranked 178th). As for Calvary Baptist Church, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Heritage Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th.
