Marysville led Golden Empire League in scoring this week after putting up 31 points on Mira Loma. Francisco Garcia ran for 178 yards in the win.
Brandon Horton was the best wideout in the league this week as the Indians topped the Matadors.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Capital Christian's Zach Melgoza and Justice Shelton-mosley have proven to be a lethal combination. Melgoza has thrown for 247 yards this season, while Shelton-mosley, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 3 catches for 147 yards. Garcia from Marysville leads the league in rushing with 598 yards.
