HEART HomeSchool entered their tilt with the Liberty Christian Prep Lions with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. HEART HomeSchool breezed by Liberty Christian Prep on the road to the tune of 71-35. That looming 71-35 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for HEART HomeSchool yet this season.
Despite the loss, Liberty Christian Prep still got an impressive performance from Noah Frerking, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. Frerking is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last six games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Bass, who scored nine points.
HEART HomeSchool has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Liberty Christian Prep, their defeat was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. HEART HomeSchool will take on Liberty Christian Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Liberty Christian Prep will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 796th, while HEART HomeSchool is ranked 317th). As for Liberty Christian Prep, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Family Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 8th. Family Christian Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
