Last Wednesday, West Nassau had to suffer through a rough 68-38 loss at the hands of the Blue Devils. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for West Nassau in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now lost five in a row.
Meanwhile, Fernandina Beach came up short against the Eagles on Tuesday and fell 38-27. Fernandina Beach has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
West Nassau dropped their record down to 5-17 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Fernandina Beach, their loss dropped their record down to 11-9.
Things could have been worse for West Nassau, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 50-32 loss to the Pirates in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. Can West Nassau avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
