While Redbank Valley's victory against Brockway wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bulldogs had just enough and edged out the Rovers 4-2. Surprisingly, this marked the Bulldogs' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Isaac Neiswonger was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.

Redbank Valley hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Brockway struck out 11 times.

Redbank Valley moved to 6-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Brockway, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Redbank Valley didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 24-2 victory against North Clarion on the 28th. As for Brockway, they have also already played their next game, a 9-3 defeat against Union/Allegheny-Clarion Valley on the 29th.
