Sam Howard Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Kingsland got the W thanks in part to  Sam Howard playing the best football he has all season. Howard picked up  two  sacks and made 14 total tackles (3.0 for loss).
 Kingsland pushed their record up to 5-2 with the  victory, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season. Howard and Kingsland will face off against Houston at 7:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.

Parker Johnson Makes It Two for Kingsland
 Another Kingsland player making an appearance on this list is  Parker Johnson. He rushed for 32 yards and a touchdown.
 On the season,  Johnson  has averaged 22.1 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 0.86  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 29.14  rushing yards.

Lee Klunder Sets Career High in  Rushing Yards
  Lee Klunder produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Houston to the win  on Friday. Klunder rushed for 139 yards and three touchdowns, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process.
 If the past is any indication,  Klunder could be in store for another big game when he takes on Kingsland on Saturday. Klunder rushed for 74 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 35 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Knights duked it out  back in October of 2023.

Kingsland Gets a Boost from Reiland in  41-14  Victory
 Another Kingsland player making an appearance on this list is  Zach Reiland. He rushed for 103 yards on only 11 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 103  rushing yards.
 On the season,  Reiland  has averaged 20.4 receiving yards per game.

Maddox Rodriguez Makes It Two for Houston
 The second Houston player making an appearance here is  Maddox Rodriguez, and for good reason. He rushed for 66 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 43 receiving yards.
 On the season,  Rodriguez  has averaged 21.3 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after seven games last season,  he had two  rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 11.
