Concord posted their closest victory since October 4th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 win over the Michigan Center Cardinals. The Yellowjackets haven't had any issues with the Cardinals recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Concord's win bumped their record up to 23-8-3. As for Michigan Center, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-19-1.

Concord wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Bronson on the 14th. As for Michigan Center, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 tie against Blissfield on the 11th.
