Parkside's loss came despite strong showings from Kasson James and Semaj Marshall. James scored 24 points, while Marshall scored 19 points. Daiquan Smith was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Parkside's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for St. Albans, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
