Fillmore Central walked away with a 55-48 victory over Tri County. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Fillmore Central.
It was another big night for Daniel Stoner, who scored 18 points. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Kade Cooper, who scored 12 points.
Fillmore Central's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Tri County, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-3.
Fillmore Central won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Elmwood-Murdock at 5:45 p.m. on January 20th. Elmwood-Murdock will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Nebraska Rankings (they are ranked 157th, while Fillmore Central is ranked 27th). As for Tri County, they will head out on the road to take on Thayer Central on Tuesday.
