There's no place like home for the Nation Ford Falcons , who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against Blythewood by a score of 66-57 on Tuesday. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Leading Nation Ford to victory were Jackson Burnham and Drew Robertson. Burnham scored 20 points along with six rebounds, while Robertson scored 11 points along with two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Robertson has scored all season. Caden Giles was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Several Bengals players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Taurus Lewis Jr, who scored 20 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Austin Coker, who scored 14 points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Nation Ford is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season. As for Blythewood, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-6.
