Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Susquenita Blackhawks 48-3. Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Trinity to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nick Sweppenhiser, who rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown on only eight carries. Caleb Klepeiss got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Trinity's run defense was locked in: Susquenita could only muster -2.1 yards per carry. While six picked up at least two total tackles, Adonis Sutton stood above the rest. He rushed for 85 yards on only ten carries. Trinity didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 6.2.
