Drew Ross' Big Game Leads Freeport over East Allegheny
Starting off the list is Freeport's Drew Ross, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Ross rushed for 90 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries, and also threw for 102 yards and a touchdown. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
The win (which was Freeport's fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-2. Ross and Freeport are on the road again on Friday to play Imani Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m.

Zier Williams was a major factor in Deer Lakes's win over Valley on Friday. Williams was unstoppable, rushing for 85 yards and two touchdowns on only ten carries, while also picking up 30 receiving yards.
Williams is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Burrell on Friday. When Williams last faced the Bucs back in September of 2023, he rushed for 121 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries.

Damarjae Warren Delivers Electric Effort Vs Freeport
While East Allegheny might've come up empty on Friday, Damarjae Warren wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the defeat, Warren was still balling out as he picked up 111 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 51 yards.
East Allegheny's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-8. Warren and East Allegheny are taking a road trip to face off against Fox Chapel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
