Make it nine blowout wins for the Syracuse Titans this season. They claimed a resounding 65-33 victory over Fremont on the road. The win was nothing new for Syracuse as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Syracuse to victory, but perhaps none more so than Avery Sanders, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 assists. Cortnie Barker was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
Syracuse pushed their record up to 13-3 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Fremont, they now have a losing record at 8-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Syracuse will take on Farmington at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Farmington will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Utah Rankings (they are ranked 112th, while Syracuse is ranked sixth). As for Fremont, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Layton at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Layton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up eight on Tuesday.
