Saguaro has gone a perfect 4-0 against Flagstaff recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Sabercats will square off against the Eagles. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Saguaro comes in on four and Flagstaff on seven.

Saguaro is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They blew past ALA - Queen Creek 16-10. Saguaro's victory was all the more impressive since the Patriots were averaging only 3.63 runs allowed on the season.

Alain Gomez was a standout: he went 3-for-5 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Kyle Miiller was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Saguaro kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Flagstaff ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Deer Valley, sneaking past 5-4. That's two games straight that the Eagles have won by just one run.

Cullen Callander was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs. Another player making a difference was Brody Johnson, who went 2-for-4 with one triple and one RBI.

Saguaro pushed their record up to 17-11-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Flagstaff, their record is now 21-9.

Saguaro came out on top in a nail-biter against Flagstaff when the teams last played back in March, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Sabercats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
