There's no place like home for Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over the North Texas C Crusaders on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool let Dylan Dougharty and Colton Shockey run wild. Dougharty went 1-for-2 with one home run, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Shockey scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-2. That's the most hits Shockey has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Cooper Stone, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .303 or higher in three consecutive matchups.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-5-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for North Texas C, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Parker-Tarrant HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 12-2 victory against Stephenville FAITH on the 1st. As for North Texas C, they will venture away from home to square off against Fort Worth THESA at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
