Cam Johnson's Big Game Leads Corvian Community over Pine Lake Prep
Corvian Community picked up their ninth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Cam Johnson. Johnson turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 160 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in rushing yards.
Corvian Community pushed their record up to 9-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Johnson and Corvian Community will head out to square off against Mountain Island Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Mountain Island Charter Gets a Boost from Harvey in 42-8 Win
Grayson Harvey posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He threw for 408 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.2 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 62 yards on only five carries.
Carver had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Harvey it was a similar story. Harvey threw for 258 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Yellowjackets duked it out back in October of 2023.

Noah Best's big game helped extend Corvian Community's winning streak to nine on Friday. Best was dynamite, picking up 50 receiving yards and a touchdown, while also rushing for 39 yards and a touchdown. He showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 50 yards.
On the year, Best has caught 5 touchdowns while averaging 31.4 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after nine games last season, he had three rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to eight.
