Sanchez had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. They snuck past Fayette County HomeSchool with a 59-54 win. This was the first game for both teams, giving Sanchez a 1-0 record and starting Fayette County HomeSchool off at 0-1.
Both teams will be heading out of the conference in their next games. Sanchez hope to keep the momentum going despite some extra time before their next game against Faith Academy at 7:00 PM on Friday. Fayette County HomeSchool are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Concordia next week at 7:30 PM.
