The Four Corners Coyotes's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They came out on top against Ridgeview Global Studies Academy by a score of 69-56. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Kesh Harpal continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 35 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Joshua Barnes, who scored 14 points.
Ridgeview Global Studies Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bryan Lopez, who scored 13 points. Mehiel Charles was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Four Corners' win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-8. As for Ridgeview Global Studies Academy, their loss was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Four Corners will take on Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ridgeview Global Studies Academy, Ridgeview Global Studies Academy and Orlando Science will face off at 8:30 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Orlando Science is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
