Episcopal Academy's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Germantown Academy on Wednesday. The Churchmen were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers. The Churchmen might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matchups by six runs or more this season.

Episcopal Academy moved to 8-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Marple Newtown, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Episcopal Academy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 4-3 win against Springside Chestnut Hill Academy on the 17th. As for Marple Newtown, they will face off against Ridley at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
