The last time they met ? Montcalm was the 22-20 winner over Twin Valley. This time around? They had no such luck. Montcalm weren't too far behind, but the team still lost 16-22 to Twin Valley on Friday. Montcalm are ranked 111th in the state (241 spots ahead of Twin Valley), so the loss was all the more frustrating.
The loss dropped Montcalm back to even at 0-0. The win bumped Twin Valley's record up to 1-0.
Next week, Montcalm take on Narrows at 7:00 PM. As for Twin Valley, they will face off against Honaker.
