The Crystal City Javelinas had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.3 points), and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They came out on top against Randolph by a score of 60-50. This was payback for Crystal City, who suffered a 53-50 loss the last time these two teams met.

The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Mata, who scored 16 points along with eight steals and six rebounds.
