Braxton Dowdle turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two walks surrendered on Tuesday. He pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bishop Kenny is 2-1 when Dowdle allows one or fewer earned runs, but 4-18 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Dowdle and Bishop Kenny will challenge Yulee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Hornets will enter the matchup having just beaten St. Augustine, so the Crusaders will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
