Giddings will head out on the road to take on La Grange at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Giddings will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each match than the last.
Giddings posted their biggest victory yet this season on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Hempstead.
Giddings was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Diego Gallardo and
Edgar Armendariz, who scored.
Meanwhile, La Grange has not won a game since January 12th, a trend which continued on Wednesday. Neither they nor Brenham could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
Giddings' win bumped their record up to 3-5-1. La Grange also didn't change their record much, as their draw makes their record 3-3-3.
