On Saturday, the Bleckley County Royals came up short against the Academy for Classical Education Gryphons  and fell  56-44.
 Academy for Classical Education got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Khloie Stanley out in front who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and nine  assists. The dominant performance gave  Stanley a new career-high in  assists. The team also got some help courtesy of  Sara Rhett Farmer, who  posted 15  points and five  steals.
Bleckley County's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Academy for Classical Education, the  victory was  the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-2.
 Bleckley County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  57-17  win against Southwest on the 4th. As for Academy for Classical Education, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  35-33  defeat against Central on the 4th.
