Ashlyn Wright put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. She kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 18 over seven innings pitched. She was dominant the last time she took on Waterloo last Wednesday, so they probably should've seen this coming. Wright has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances.
