Football Game Recap: Clearwater/Orchard vs. Twin Loup

Clearwater/Orchard were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They put the hurt on Twin Loup with a sharp 38-7 win.

Clearwater/Orchard's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 22 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Twin Loup couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 22-0 heading into the break. Clearwater/Orchard put the matchup away in the third quarter with 16 points from the offense and zero points allowed from the defense. The contest brought them to 5-1 and dropped Twin Loup to a mirror-image 1-5.

Next week Clearwater/Orchard take on St. Mary's at 7:00 PM. St. Mary's took a loss in their last match and are no doubt out to reverse Clearwater/Orchard's good fortune. As for Twin Loup, they will face off against Stuart. Stuart are limping into the game on a four-game losing streak.
