Hamilton came out on top against Italy by a score of 55-45. For Hamilton, this counts as revenge for the 51-45 loss Italy walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2023.
Mike Bushnell was his usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with five rebounds and two blocks. Colter Johnson was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Hamilton's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-11. As for Italy, their loss dropped their record down to 14-9.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will take on Valley Mills at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley Mills is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak. As for Italy, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Itasca at 7:30 p.m. Itasca is coming into the match hot, having won their last six games.
