The Gregory Gorillas have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 23 points or more this season. They really took it to Andes Central/Dakota Christian for the full four quarters, racking up a 64-27 win on the road. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Gregory also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Noah Bearshield was his usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with six rebounds and three steals. He also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Lincoln Juracek was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with four steals.
Gregory's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Andes Central/Dakota Christian, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gregory will take on Lyman at 7:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Andes Central/Dakota Christian, they will be playing at home against Burke at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
