Starting off the list is Clear Creek's Logan Ginter, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Thursday Ginter picked up a sack, made five total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defended a pass, good enough to also set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 69 yards.
The victory (which was Clear Creek's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Ginter and Clear Creek will square off against Justice at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Jerome might have his next game, a road matchup with Belleview Christian, circled on his calendar. Jerome picked up 58 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 30 yards the last time he and the Bruins duked it out back in October of 2023.
