A Season-Best Performance from Emrick Hays Leads Garden Plain over Kingman
On Friday, Garden Plain got the W thanks in part to Emrick Hays playing the best football he has all season. Hays rushed for 211 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (107.8). Those 211 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Conway Springs' victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Winter and Conway Springs will take on Ellinwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Braxx Farr posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 116 yards and a touchdown. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack, forced a fumble, and made four total tackles (3.0 for loss).
