A well-balanced attack led Zachary over East St. John in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Zachary Broncos blew the East St. John Wildcats out of the water with an 85-42 final score. The Broncos have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 23 points or more this season.

Leading Zachary to victory were Xavier Ferguson and Ian Edmond. Ferguson went 8 of 14 en route to 22 points, while Edmond went 7 for 12 on his way to 21 points. The game was Edmond's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Givens, who posted nine points.

The victory was the third in a row for Zachary, bringing their record for this year to 22-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 77.3 points per game. As for East St. John, they moved to 18-16 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
