Softball Recap: Eatonville Takes a Loss

Eatonville was the 16-0 winner over Morton/White Pass when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eatonville Cruisers came up short against the Morton/White Pass Timberwolves on Wednesday, falling 15-7. The Cruisers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aubree Mills made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in hits. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Twedt, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Eatonville now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Morton/White Pass, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eatonville will welcome Clover Park at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Morton/White Pass, they will look to defend their home field on March 26th against Wahkiakum at 4:00 p.m.
