Assabet Valley RVT has not had much luck with Whitinsville Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Whitinsville Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cam Desmarais, who scored 19 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Desmarais has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Caleb Deters, who scored 12 points.
Assabet Valley RVT has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season. As for Whitinsville Christian, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.
Assabet Valley RVT will square off against Bromfield at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Whitinsville Christian, they will be playing at home against Blackstone Valley RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Blackstone Valley RVT will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Whitinsville Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
