The West Florence Knights lost against the Myrtle Beach Seahawks back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. West Florence took a hard 38-22 fall against Myrtle Beach.
Despite the loss, West Florence still got an impressive performance from Gabrielle Gunter, who scored four points along with six rebounds. Kaylin Davis was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
West Florence's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Myrtle Beach, they pushed their record up to 7-5 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Florence will take on North Myrtle Beach at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Myrtle Beach, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Hartsville at 6:00 p.m. Hartsville will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
