Despite the defeat, Lausanne Collegiate saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Zuri McClure shot 60% from the field on his way to 18 points and five rebounds. McClure's afternoon made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Calvin Pittman III, who posted eight points.
