The Skyline Grizzlies were the 67-64 winner over the Blackfoot Broncos when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Skyline took a 70-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of Blackfoot on Friday. Skyline has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Blackfoot's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Austin Arave, who scored 19 points along with two steals. Another player making a difference was Sy Callister, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds.
Skyline dropped their record down to 7-14 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Blackfoot, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-12 record this season.
Skyline does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Blackfoot also has no future games currently scheduled.
