Logan Hicks Has Career Rushing Day
Starting off the list is Columbia's Logan Hicks, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Hicks rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also picked up 53 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 56 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
The victory (which was Columbia's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2. Hicks will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Breese Central on Friday.
