After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Walton, North Paulding was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Marietta Blue Devils by a score of 38-28. With that win, the Wolfpack brought their scoring average up to 26.4 points per game.

Marietta's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jayden Whiteside, who threw for 255 yards and two touchdowns. Landon Mannery helped Whiteside out on the ground, rushing for 54 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
