Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marion). They claimed a resounding 68-22 victory over the Linden Patriots. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Marion's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-6. As for Linden, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Marion won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Demopolis at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Linden, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marion at 7:00 p.m. on December 31st.
