 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Drew Potter, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  run and one  RBI. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.
 North Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 7-15. As for Ashley, their win bumped their record up to 19-4.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart  on Thursday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. However, it's not like Ashley struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 7.5  strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
