Boiling Springs came out on top against Wade Hampton on Monday thanks in part to Chloe Sloand's efforts. Sloand wasn't messing around, tossing four innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was her seventh straight with two or fewer walks.
