The Livingston Wolves will challenge the Reed Raiders at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Reed will be up against a hot Livingston team: the squad just extended their winning streak to seven. Livingston was the clear victor by a 19-6 margin over Lathrop on Wednesday.
Annalee Aguilar spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on four hits.

Olivia Costa
| 03/26/25 vs Lathrop | 7 |
| 03/07/25 @ Ripon | 6 |
| 03/12/25 vs Ceres | 4 |
| 03/11/25 @ Mariposa County | 3 |
| 02/25/25 vs Stone Ridge Christian | 3 |
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Olivia Costa, who fired off three home runs and seven RBI while going 4-for-5. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Elizabeth Avila, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs.
Costa wasn't the only one working in the home run department: Livingston lost a few balls and finished the game with four home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Reed, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on Crater with a sharp 12-2 victory on Thursday. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Comets recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.
Hayley Noble made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed five innings while giving up just two earned runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two RBI.
In other batting news, Krystyn Noble was incredible, firing off two home runs and three RBI while going 3-for-3. She also put up two runs, which were her first of the season. Destiny Foster was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.
Livingston's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Reed, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-2.
Friday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Livingston has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .446. However, it's not like Reed struggles in that department as they've averaged .442. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Livingston suffered a grim 18-2 defeat to Reed in their previous meeting back in March of 2016. Can Livingston avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
