Softball Recap: Aragon Has No Trouble Against Burlingame

Aragon barely beat Burlingame the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Aragon put the hurt on Burlingame with a sharp 19-3 victory on Tuesday. That looming 19-3 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Dons yet this season.

Aragon got a massive performance out of Chloe Wan, who went 2-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave Wan a new career-high. Taylor Workman was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two triples, two runs, and two RBI.

Aragon hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most five strikeouts in four consecutive matchups.

Aragon's record now sits at 6-8. As for Burlingame, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
