Given Trillium Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 116th, while Southfield Christian is ranked 534th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Keymarryon Fishburn was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds. The match was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Tristian Scott was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with three steals.
Trillium Academy pushed their record up to 9-1 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Southfield Christian, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
