The third road match was the charm for the WISH Academy Owls, as they earned their first road win of the season. They blew past Simon Tech 92-31 on the road. With WISH Academy ahead 54-20 at the half, the game was all but over already.
WISH Academy's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bryce Austin, who scored 14 points along with 5 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Raheel Narayan, who scored 14 points along with 9 rebounds.
WISH Academy has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 4-3 record this season. As for Simon Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
WISH Academy will head out on the road to face off against Animo Venice at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Animo Venice is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Simon Tech, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Animo Watts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Animo Watts focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 42 on Monday.
