After six games on the road, Beth Haven is heading back home. They will take on the Louisville Saints HomeSchool Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Beth Haven beat Jeffersontown 49-44.
Jordan Harris and Michael Ray Stinnett were among the main playmakers for Beth Haven as the former scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and five assists and the latter scored 17 points. Harris continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Levi Langley, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, Louisville Saints HomeSchool entered their tilt with Parker with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Louisville Saints HomeSchool blew past Parker 49-28. Despite the win, that was the fewest points Louisville Saints HomeSchool has scored all season.
Abel Shreve was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points along with five steals. He hasn't dropped below two steals for eight straight games. Another player making a difference was Ezekiel Taylor, who scored nine points along with 14 rebounds and two blocks.
Beth Haven has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Louisville Saints HomeSchool, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
This contest is shaping up to be a blowout: Beth Haven hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having only averaged 71.8 points per game. However, it's not like Louisville Saints HomeSchool struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 67.5 points per game. The only thing between Beth Haven and another offensive beatdown is Louisville Saints HomeSchool. Will they be able to keep them contained?
Beth Haven came out on top in a nail-biter against Louisville Saints HomeSchool when the teams last played back in January of 2023, sneaking past 73-71.
