TERRA Environmental has enjoyed the comforts of home their last four games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Northwestern Bulls at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. TERRA Environmental will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 378th, while the Bulls are ranked 151st).
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 51-21, which was the final score in TERRA Environmental's tilt against the Sabres on Friday.
Meanwhile, Northwestern can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. They blew past North Miami Beach 49-15 at home. The win made it back-to-back wins for Northwestern.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Northwestern to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jermiah Eleby, who scored 16 points along with six assists and three steals. Eleby continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Sophonie Felix was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with five rebounds.
TERRA Environmental has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. As for Northwestern, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
TERRA Environmental couldn't quite finish off the Bulls in their previous matchup back in February of 2022 and fell 42-40. Can TERRA Environmental avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
